Across Asia, the transition towards low-carbon buildings is gaining momentum through stronger policies, improved technical capacity, innovative assessment tools, and access to green finance. The Asia Low Carbon Buildings Transition (ALCBT) Project is supporting this transformation across five countries: Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Viet Nam.
ALCBT works with governments, building professionals, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to advance energy efficiency and low-carbon development in the building sector. As the project reaches its midpoint, this video highlights key milestones, emerging results, and the experiences of partners and beneficiaries driving change on the ground. From building emissions assessments and capacity-building programs to policy development and green financing opportunities, ALCBT is helping translate knowledge and technical solutions into practical action.
Hear directly from our partners and beneficiaries as they share their experiences, perspectives, and aspirations for a more sustainable built environment.
