Deep-Dive Assessment of 250 Buildings in Cambodia

Developed as part of the Asia Low Carbon Buildings Transition (ALCBT) Project, this report presents findings from a comprehensive energy assessment of 250 buildings in Phnom Penh and Kandal Province. It identifies viable energy efficiency measures, quantifies payback periods and return on investment, and estimates carbon emissions using the Building Emission Assessment Tool.

The study evaluates the Energy Performance Index and establishes baseline benchmarks to support implementation of low-carbon building solutions in Cambodia.
