Developed under the Asia Low Carbon Buildings Transition (ALCBT) Project, the Building Emission Assessment Tool (BEAT) is designed to empower practitioners, policymakers, and stakeholders in ALCBT project countries: Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam—to quantify and reduce both embodied and operational carbon emissions in the building sector.
